If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Sharpcart.com within 30 days of purchase.  You will be required to send the product back to our Sharpcart Customer Support Department in the original packaging with a Return Authorization number before a return or exchange can be issued. Please submit the form below and your request will be reviewed and your RA# will be emailed to you. Please mark the outside of the return shipment with your RA#.

If for any reason your receive your Sharpcart product(s) in damaged condition, please follow the instructions above and we will be happy to review and arrange for a replacement unit to be sent in exchange.
